Lindsay A. Videnieks, J.D.
Lindsay Videnieks has more than a decade of experience in advising municipal, university, hospital, and other non-profit clients on strategies to secure federal funding.
Prior to joining Woodberry Associates, Ms. Videnieks provided appropriations counsel to corporate and non-profit clients in the areas of healthcare, telecom, energy, agriculture, education, defense, and municipal interests. Ms. Videnieks has also served as a state and local affairs specialist at Cerrell Associates in Los Angeles, the largest privately held public affairs firm in California. In that capacity, she provided public policy and political counsel to clients with interests before local governmental bodies and regulatory agencies including the City Council and the Los Angeles Unified School District.
Ms. Videnieks also worked at one of the largest lobbying firms in Washington, Cassidy & Associates, on a broad range of client issues including agriculture, transportation, education, trade and healthcare with a particular specialization in appropriations. She also assisted on client projects relating to Farm Bill reauthorization, Highway Bill reauthorization, and the Clean Diamonds Trade Act.
Ms. Videnieks previously worked in the office of John E. Baldacci (D-ME) as well as on his re-election to the U.S. House of Representatives. Lindsay graduated with high honors from the University of Maine at Orono with Bachelor of Arts degrees in both Political Science and English and received her Juris Doctor degree from the Catholic University Columbus School of Law. She is a member of the Bar in the State of Maryland and resides in Washington, D.C.
